Equine Assisted Therapy

Elizabeth uses a person-centred approach to assist adults and children with:

• Anxiety, stress & depression
• PTSD, ASD, ADHD, FASD

Sessions involve interacting with a horse in the safety of a yard and reflecting on these experiences using a Narrative Therapy framework. All work is conducted on the ground- no riding involved.

Suits young people and adults who feel uncomfortable in an office setting and find it hard to put their feelings into words.
