I am an independent Support Worker/provider under an ABN. I provide social, recreational and community participation, 1 : 1 day trips, 1 : 1 holidays and capacity building opportunities for individuals with mild to moderate disabilities and mental health conditions.

I can work with plan managed or self managed participants.
