Inner Reflections Counselling is a therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy service based in the historical goldfield city of Ballarat, Victoria. We are a register NDIS provider and we provide specialist counselling and psychotherapy services and supports to adults and young people in the Ballarat area and surrounds that are either NDIS clients or general referral clients (None NDIS clients). Our practice is located in Black Hill, Ballarat where there is accessibility by buses, however we are only a short 15-minute walk from Ballarat’s CBD. Our practice is wheel accessible and has ample free street parking available. We work with adults and young people providing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to help you work through issues in your life that are causing dysfunction and unbalance. We can help support you in working through your issues in a caring and empathetic space where you can feel comfortable respected and safe where you can discuss aspects of your life free from judgement and opinion. Our counsellors understand the therapeutic counselling environment and how it may initially create anxiety and fear, however the role of a counsellor is to be there with you all the way and address any fears you may have and to help put you mind at ease.
