WHAT WE DO

Premier Disability Care Services has deep experience with complex disability cases. Many of our support workers are registered nurses and have experience with ventilation and PEG care.

Our services include:

Community Participation

Full and effective participation within the community to enhance your physical, social, emotional and intellectual development.

Daily Living Skills

Assistance with personal and household tasks and, community participation and access to maintain your home and help you in your daily living.

Respite Care

Temporary break for you and your carer which gives you the freedom to do things independently for a few hours, days or weeks.

Support Coordination

Connects you with the right support and services in the community and the government to maximize your NDIS Plan.

High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities

Our support workers are dedicated to facilitating the care, support and supervision you require to carry out your daily needs. The high intensity daily personal activities we can help you with include bit are not limited to:

  • Feeding and management
  • Managing diabetes
  • Assistance with injections
  • Ventilation
  • Urinary catheters
  • Community Nursing Care
  • Complex individual support care for behaviour support needs and medical needs such as ventilation or home enteral nutrition.

Group/Centre Based Activities

Social inclusion and interaction programs specially designed for you to make you feel valued and comfortable in your surroundings.

Supported Independent Living

Help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop the skill of living as autonomously as possible.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)

SDA refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions, including to assist with the delivery of supports that cater for their extreme functional impairment or extremely high support needs.
