Build Them Up

Build Them Up is a mobile therapy service offering social skills training and emotional skills development. We are committed to providing therapeutic services for people living with a broad range of disabilities. As a service, embed our values of Compassion, Dignity and Respect into our practice. We want to support people to live their best lives by providing client-centred services that build their skills.

Build Them Up is a Registered NDIS Provider and can work with people aged between 7 and 65.

Services:

• Skill Building Sessions: Social and emotional development; problem solving and organisational skills; emotional regulation skills; social communication skills; access to the community.
• Relaxation and stress management with an emphasis on mindfulness techniques
• Psychosocial assessment with goal setting
• NDIA requested reports
