CHG Care is a Local family owned and run disability support service that provides dependable, affordable in home care  to our beautiful plan and self managed participants living in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions. 

We are a husband and wife team and we have a passion for helping people with disabilities and encouraging them to be in control over their own lives. Hayley is registered nurse and Kurt is an experienced support worker and between the two of us and our wonderful staff we have an abundance of knowledge and experience within the health industry, general practice, aged care, community and disability services which includes a variety of different skills. This allows us to use our imagination when it comes to offering our services.

At CHG Care we believe in building friendships and helping you to develop the skills in building friendships and community connections.  Not only are we there for our participants but also the families and carers.
