Headway Counselling and Therapy provides counselling and psychotherapy sessions via face-to-face, telephone, or online.

Are you looking for help and support? Do you feel that you need to heal or bring change to your life? Perhaps you are looking for someone to talk to who will listen without bias or judgement?

Therapeutic supports are provided to assist participants aged from seven years to apply their functional skills to improve participation and independence in daily, practical activities in areas such as language and communication, personal care, mobility and movement, interpersonal interactions and community living.

Our role as a therapeutic support provider can be viewed as capacity building to strengthen the participant’s abilities to participate more fully in the community.
