Health Life Success (HLS) is a boutique Occupational Therapy provider based in Melbourne, servicing the metropolitan suburbs as well as regional Victoria assisting clients with musculoskeletal, neurological and mental health conditions.

HLS works with Plan Managed and Self Managed participants only.

Occupational Therapy services provided to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Home Care Package (HCP) Participants, include:
– Initial Needs Assessment;
– Equipment prescription and trials:
*Wheelchairs
*Scooters
*Walking aids
*Chairs
*Mattresses
*Bathroom/toilet equipment
*Daily Living Aids
*Manual Handling Equipment
– Activities of Daily Living programs;
– Home modification consultations and drawings;
*Rails
*Ramps
*Bathroom
– Report writing;
– Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Report for Funding Reviews as required.
