New Start Counselling and Psychotherapy provides NDIS supports to people in our community.

Support can come in many forms including mentoring, counselling, psychotherapy, walk and talk therapy and capacity building.

Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy is determined by your needs, the direction you would like to take and who you are. You are in the driver’s seat in all areas of your therapy. I am here on the journey with you, helping build on your strengths in the direction that you would like to go.

​ In order to be successful, counselling and psychotherapy requires a commitment from you to give you fullest to the process. Depending on your needs, goals or plans it is a journey and taking this seriously will be a major factor in building strong foundations for change.
