Search NDIS Providers

You may see a verification tick next to some provider listings.

What this means is that BudgetNet has done some extra checks to ensure the provider has worked with NDIS participants in the past and understands the plan management process.

Here’s what we ask of our verified listings:

• NDIS registration number or acknowledgement that they abide by the NDIS code of conduct
• They have worked with NDIS participants for at least 12 months
• They have worked with at least one participant who is plan managed with BudgetNet
• General check of their online reviews
• They have a custom domain name and multiple page website

BudgetNet’s provider directory is a way to connect participants with providers that match their needs. We do not in any way endorse the providers listed on our site and have not verified the quality of the support/items the provider offers. We encourage all participants to screen the providers and do their own research to ensure the provider is a good fit for them.

When submitting a listing to our site the provider is responsible for providing true and accurate information. BudgetNet reserves the right to remove a listing if we believe there is an issue with the validity of the provider.

If a participant reports a provider issue to us, we will remain impartial and complete the following process:

• Discuss the situation with the participant, remind them of their rights and point them in the right direction should they want to escalate the complaint.
• Check online reviews to ensure similar scenarios are not a regular occurrence
  If there are other participants voicing concerns regarding this provider online, or, if we receive additional complaints we will make contact with the provider to discuss our concerns- with the participants consent.
• We will use our discretion and remove the listing if we believe the provider is not offering a quality service.

It is the participants right to escalate their concerns to the NDIS commission: https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/about/complaints if they feel further action is necessary.
