Partnered care

Partnered care is a local disability services provider based in Yarrawonga and servicing clients in Albury, Wodonga, Yarrawonga, Wangaratta and surrounds. We provide services to individuals who are both self-managed and plan-managed through the NDIS. Our team is made up of friendly, professional and experienced Registered Nurses who will work in partnership with you to deliver care that incorporates your individual values and needs. Our services include nursing care, assistance with personal care, assistance with household tasks and non-specialised transport.
