NDIS (SLES) is an early intervention approach for young people who have left school. SLES is available for NDIS participants from the age of 15 years and 9 months to 22 years of age. It is designed to support young people’s transition from school to employment.

Ready and Able works with young people to assist them in achieving their employment goals through various Employment and life skill activities including work experience and on the job training.

We provide meaningful, individualised capacity building activities so young people can achieve their employment goals.
Ready & Able Youth Support Services operates on the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads Areas.
