Tricia is a qualified counsellor and art psychotherapist (BA Psych, MSocSci Counselling, MAT, AThR – ANZACATA) who is passionate about empowering individuals to experience a deep sense of well-being and live a fulfilling life. She has over nine years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults in paediatric, educational, mental health and trauma recovery settings. Her approach is client-centred, culturally-sensitive, trauma-responsive, and strengths-based. She is committed to working holistically, and integrates expressive, somatic and talking therapies in her work.
