Thanks for deciding to use Budgetnet NDIS Plan management.
In order to get setup, you need to:
- Email your NDIS plan through to firstname.lastname@example.org or MMS the funding pages through to 0428 583 575. Feel free to contact us if you require another method.
- Complete our service agreement on Hellosign by using this link https://app.hellosign.com/s/ES8dhOjV
- We will give you a call, introduce ourselves and see if there is any other queries, we can assist you with.
Service agreement notes – the NDIS funds two different setup fees depending on the plan. We charge in line with the NDIS and there are no out of pocket costs. Both setup fees are listed on the service agreement however only one will be paid.
Changing from another plan manager mid plan?
No worries, if the setup fee has already been claimed we can waive the fee. In order to swap you will need to follow the standard setup steps, plus the ones below:
- Notify your existing plan manager
- Collect evidence of service bookings being cancelled and showing remaining funding. The outgoing plan manager should be able to provide a screenshot. If not give us a call and we can help.
We recommend the outgoing plan manager completely cancel all bookings, and we can take over payments once they have been cancelled.
