Services offered

I currently provide services for a range of psychological conditions with clients of all ages (children through to elderly adults) – including anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, dissociative identity, and personality disorders.

Whilst I love to work across the life-span, I do have a special interest in working with children who experience neurodevelopment disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual Disability, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia and information processing delays.

Psychological assessment

I offer a range of cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments such as the WISC – V, WAIS – IV, WIAT -III NEPSY, KEAT, and ADOS 2.  As I am a firm believer in life-long learning, I continue to expand my assessment repertoire through ongoing professional development.

Therapy preferences

I offer individual therapy to both adults and children using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), Play Therapy, and Sand Tray therapy.
