Aastha Community Services is a registered NDIS provider who aspires to contribute to the cause of empowering the disability community through our safe and quality support services. We acknowledge that the needs and requirements of disabled persons cannot be lumped together or generalized. Accordingly, professionally trained support workers and subject experts put together an individually suited plan through one-to-one self-assessment by taking the client and family in confidence. We offer various supports such as Support Coordination, Supported Independent Living, Assistance with Daily Living, Community Participation, Mental health Support Services. NDIS Support Coordination is put in place to help the participants unpack their NDIS plan for easy understanding and effective coordination. Aastha employs qualified and friendly support coordinators to help you through the NDIS process from beginning to end while ensuring that individual choice and control are maintained.
