Here is a quick overview of the services we provide:
🏡 Home Nursing Services: Need extra support to live independently at your home? Request regular visits from our friendly, dedicated community nurses to help you with House cleaning & maintenance, Personal care, Gardening, Meal Preparation, Medication Management, etc. to help you live independently in your home.
🏠 Supported Independent Living (SIL): With spacious private rooms and registered nurses available 24/7, our SIL accommodations provide the highest-quality care. We have houses across the Central Coast to provide you an immersive SIL, STA, MTA, and Respite accommodations. We also provide SDA Services as well.
💰 NDIS Support Coordination: Feeling overwhelmed by the nitty-gritty of NDIS fund management? Our specialist support coordination team has made NDIS fund management seamless. We’re on the NDIS Support Coordinators List and can assist you in navigating the complexities of the system.
🚑 Specialist Disability Accommodation (STA NDIS): Our high-intensity care goes the extra mile, meeting your unique needs with compassion and expertise, ensuring your well-being always comes first.
