Blacksheep Care Services

My name is Toree, and I am the support Coordinator for Blacksheep care services. I am currently based within the Riverina, however do travel throughout NSW within remote communities. I am emailing today, as I currently have availability for more clients within my role, and happy to help support the community the best I can. My approach to Support coordination is to be present and available to the community and my clients the best way I can. I believe having a personalised approach to my support coordination, as it develops a repour with the clients as well as their informal supports.
