At CareChoice we offer a range of disability services to participants at home, from personal care to community participation.

We have a team of support coordinators that assist you to make the most of your funding and you can email our team leader of support coordinators, Kirsten Oakley, at koakley@carechoice.net.au

We are partnered with several NDIS registered Specialist Disability Accommodation building developers to provide eligible participants with beautiful homes and fully supported independent living.
