Our NDIS disability support services are diverse and include community participation, assistive products and household task assistance, life skill development, innovative community participation, community nursing care, assistive products for personal care/safety, complete assistance with travel and transport, daily tasks, personal activities, life stage transitions, and employment access and maintenance.
Community nursing care, the provision of specialist care for clients who have high care needs requiring a high level of skill, and the training of support workers to respond to the participant’s complex needs.
Help participants live autonomously by not only assisting them with their personal care and household tasks but also helping them build their confidence to face life’s challenges.
Our NDIS social and community access programs are created with the idea of getting the participants involved in social activities to build confidence, thereby helping them break down the barriers caused due to mobility or cognitive disability.
We support NDIS participants to retain their independence within their homes by helping them with an array of household task.
Provides a wide array of requisite support services for participants in Central Coast as we offer trained and professionally qualified personal assistants to help them with their daily activities.
Assistance with travel and transport, to support people access the community, work or education where they cannot do so through other means of transport.
