In Home Supports – Cleo’s Place support workers provide support for individuals at home and in the community. Our services are personalised to each participant to help them meet their goals. Our team will work with you to find a support worker who is the right fit for you. Our in-home supports also include cleaning and yard maintenance.

Group Activities – Our group activities are composed of small numbers and are tailored to the participants in each group. Activities include: cooking, gardening, art, craft, domestic skills, accessing the community, and growing your own food.

Support Coordination – Our support coordinators can assist you to understand and use your NDIS plan by connecting you with services that align with your goals. We pride ourselves on ensuring participants are empowered to exercise choice and control over the supports they access, and we assist you to be more independent in coordinating your services.

Dietitian Consultation – Our Dietitian can help you work towards your health related goals with small, realistic changes to suit your lifestyle. Some of the things we assist with include increasing food variety, gaining or losing weight, eating healthy on a budget, quick healthy recipes, portion sizes, food preparation skills, etc.

Accommodation – We provide rentals and shared accommodation to NDIS participants, whether they have accommodation funding or not.  We assist those without funding to utilise their Centrelink income to pay rent.  Participants choose their own housemates, if applicable, and supports are provided if and when requested.
