Good afternoon,
Cocoon SDA has 5 SDA houses currently under construction. We provide 24/7 exceptional care for people living with a disability. Our servives are nation wide with over 600 houses becoming available across Australia this year. We have an aim for 50 houses and a new respite facility to be built in Tasmania.
The servives we offer are;
SIL Supports
– assist with daily activities
– medication management
– Community Nursing
– Daily tasks/shared living.
In-Home Supports
– Assistance with household tasks
– Assistance with self-care
– Home-based Assistance for a child.
– Meal preparation
Capacity Building
– Development of life skills
– Community participation
– Assistance with travel
– Social and recreational activities
Accommodation
– Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)
– Short term/medium term accommodation.
– In-home respite.
