Connect2Care was founded by health professionals with a deep understanding of the health and disability sector and a passion for making a difference. The business was specifically designed to meet the needs of those living with disability in our community. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider we offer Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and Psychology.

We strive to make navigating the NDIS a positive experience for our participants with experts on hand to assist with the process. Connect2Care believes in high quality and evidence-based therapy that has a real impact on our participants, their families and significant others. Our service is predominately mobile with Telehealth available and our therapists have extensive experience working in homes, schools and other community based settings.
