Connecting Staff is passionate in supporting children, young people, adults and their families in the Hume Shire, Macedon Ranges and Bendigo regions. We provide day-to-day support with a focus on achieving personal goals in line with our participants’ wishes and goals set out in their NDIS plan. Our philosophy is to recognise the impact of these social and structural forces on our participants and respond to their experiences and needs. In turn, this breaks down barriers that otherwise restrict their life opportunities.
