My name is Irma, director at Creative Community Pathways. CCP was established in July 2021 with the aim to put quality first and support carers to ensure their commitment to their participants

We provide direct support to you to access the community, assist you in your own home. Most recently we secured a property to support our participants and expand on the creative activities they can undertake in their daily life.

We strive towards offering creative opportunities to participants that each person the community has access to, and support integration in their community.

It is important for CCP that our participants have regular carers who can support them towards skills development. Greatness can be developed once you feel connected with people who care 😉
