About Us
Crossing The Gap Disability Services is a new small business set up to provide a range of Disability Supports. The aim of the business is to allow those with disability greater access to the community and provide individual support to help them achieve their goals.
Our experience includes working with participants who experience psychosocial disability, mental illness, autism disorder(s), challenging behaviours and intellectual disabilities, neurological disability, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and physical disabilities.
We promote and proudly work with all ages, genders, race, and those of diverse backgrounds
