Our Support Coordinators are healthcare professionals who deliver supports and specialised in a wide range of mental health specialities and medical.
As former healthcare professionals in a number of healthcare settings in Victoria, we have a good knowledge of local area services and expertise to deliver effectively.
We provide level 1 to 3 Support Coordination and Recovery coaching.
