At Emotional Growth, our mission is to enable and enhance each person’s life journey. We deliver high quality psychological services in an integrative and culturally sensitive manner to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
We offer a broad range of services, including CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, compassion-focus, DBT, Ego-state interventions, child-centred play-therapy, Dyadic Developmental Therapy, attachment-based interventions and more. Furthermore, we also offer a range of workshops and group services including Parenting workshops, Personal self-development, anxiety, Mindfulness self-compassion and social skills for across the lifespan.
Emotional Growth has a broad depth of expertise assessing different presentations in children, adolescents and adults. Our team works in collaboration to provide solid evidence-based diagnoses and interventions.
