Engage Abilities is a highly respected and professional community services organisation working across South West Sydney. We provide high quality services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), NSW Government’s Carer Gateway Program, and the Casework Support Scheme and Alternative Care Arrangements both under the NSW Department of Communities & Justice (DCJ).

We have also pioneered the NDIS Access Program, where we have partnered with Western Sydney University (WSU), to provide free support to access the NDIS. Our motivation and interest in leasing the property at 9 Hosking Crescent, Glenfield is to further extend the scope of quality services we can provide to the community.

Our strengths lay in our focus on caring and supporting our staff. We provide consistent monthly training, meetings and supervision. We also conduct two half-day training programs to support our staff to increase their skills and knowledge. These are facilitated by external trainers and staff are paid to attend. All of our staff receive annual ‘Predict, Assess & Respond to Challenging/Aggressive Behaviour’ (PART) training and Child Protection and Safeguarding training.
