At FAS Foundation, we are a register provider based in Perth and provide, we work solely with our clients to ensure they receive the best possible care by tailoring their needs and wants according to the individual, we understand that every disability is different, hence why we work towards assisting and achieving their goals, understanding and identifying their needs and wants by constantly being in contact with yourself, loved ones, and all other external parties involved.

Our organisation is build on transparency, taking accountability, reliable and consistent. We are an independent service provider which enables us to mainly focus on improving our client’s life and not view them as another figure. We also hire support workers locally to work with our clients as this provide consistency, reliability, and build rapport between staffs and yourself, as we aim to build a team around you to provide best support possible without having to always deal with new carers each day.
