We are a team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists working within 2x Jetts gym locations on the Gold Coast (Palm Beach and Varsity Lakes). Our holistic approach to exercise and wellness aims to increase confidence in your health and body, while also making it enjoyable! Our programs are designed to help you work towards your own health goals which are different for everyone.
