Both Vicki and Glenn have been drawn to the in-home care health sector through their own shared personal experience taking on full time caring roles over many years for both elderly parents suffering from dementia as well as terminally ill family members. These experiences exposed them to the best in people through the compassion they witnessed from professional caregivers, and the fulfilment they took from helping clients and families dealing with the emotional rollercoaster that is so often felt.
