Hub & Spoke Health (Previously Home Physio Melbourne) is a multidisciplinary, mobile home allied health service comprised of Melbourne’s top physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, art therapists, music therapists and allied health assistants. We are NDIS registered, and support people on the Home Care Package and private patients too. We also broker with hospitals to provide post-acute care after hospital admission or post-operative.

We believe health should be accessible to everyone. By establishing a practice that encompasses various modalities, we aim to create a hub and spoke of health, delivering a range of therapies to support both physical and mental wellbeing for patients and participants alike.
