Illawarra Facilities Management is a family-owned business started in 2003. Our goal is not to be the biggest facilities management company in town; it’s to be the best! STRATA CLEANING

We offer specialised strata and commercial cleaning services across the Illawarra. Our staff deliver a high standard of cleaning at competitive rates, using the latest professional equipment and quality chemicals. We service many high-rise strata buildings along with large commercial premises, with staff available from 5:00am – 11:00pm to fit in with your operational requirements.

MOWING AND GARDENING SERVICES

We offer a full mowing and gardening service across the Illawarra. From one-off mows, to regular house lawns, to strata grounds, we do it all. We also offer a gardening service to keep your gardens looking great.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
