Jess J Support Coordination is an NDIS service (NDIS Coordination of supports) for adults living with an intellectual disability. Jess J works with you and your supports to help you understand your NDIS plan, build and maintain a resilient network of formal and informal supports and works closely with you to achieve your goals.
Jess J provides a holistic approach to the support she offers and aims to connect individuals with tailored support, help them understand and navigate the ever-changing NDIS and also work with their network to help create an inclusive, fulfilling life.
