Lakefield Care currently has capacity for more participants in North and South Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba. Our team of experienced Support Workers are ready to commence work ASAP!

We provide a range of services including Social and Community Access, Personal Care, Social Work, Psychotherapy Services and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

Our experienced Support Workers are highly skilled individuals with tons of experience from all walks of life and with a range of lived experiences. We selectively employ individuals who genuinely care and consistently go above and beyond: their participants are not only achieving their NDIS goals but exceeding them! Our Case Managers will regularly meet with our participants to review their goals.

Lakefield Care is a small boutique care business that:
