Life Without Limits;

Our Support Coordinators have expertise and a wealth of NDIS knowledge and support and assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans and work towards achieving their individual goals!

We can help participants to find and link in with service providers, assist with any issues that may arise, liaise with family and service providers to ensure services are running smooth, empower participants to have choice and control over their services and assist with outcome reports/plan reviews.

Our Support Coordinators are always readily available to assist participants. and we pride ourselves on our outstanding communication and supportive nature!

We do not currently have a Wait List for Support Coordination services.

Our Support Coordinators are degree qualified in the health sector so you have peace of mind that you will receive a high quality service from experienced professionals!
