Lucy Support Coordination and Services is a Registered NDIS service for Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coach.

Lucy Support Coordination and Services provide services to people who have a diagnosis of psychosocial disability and dual diagnosis, intellectual or physical disability, and/or has been in contact with the Justice System.

Lucy Support Coordination and Services has experience coordinating funding and transitioning participants to accommodation; STA, MTA, SIL, and SDA.

We provide Support Coordination in all Sydney and Greater Sydney areas. It is a mobile service, we come to you at your preferable location.
