- Coordination of Supports
We are a small team located in Brisbane but we offer support to clients all over Queensland and only intend on offering SC, SSC & PRC. Our intention is to maintain a manageable client level so we can adequately service each client according to their needs. This is an attribute that our current clients genuinely appreciate, and we intend to continue. Our ethos is to provide positive and flexible SC & PRC to clients in Qld.
Level 2 Support Coordination; Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination; Psychosocial Recovery Coaching; we also offer negotiated support to participants who don’t have Support Coordination funding.
