NC Counselling

NC Counselling is a counselling/psychotherapy practice with expertise in working with parents of children with special needs and people with disabilities. I work with my clients to help them learn strategies to support them emotionally and therapeutically and to alleviate stress, depression and anxiety that can be caused by the daily challenges they are facing. The aim is to help them to become more autonomous and empowered to achieve their goals more independently.

In addition, I also treat adults for general anxiety, depression, as well as grief and loss.

My intervention can be funded by self-managed and plan managed NDIS plans. For parents of children under the NDIS, I provide support under code 01_741_0128_1_3 to provide training and assistance to support their child. For adult participants I provide counselling services under code 15_043_0128_1_3.
