Hello my name is Nicole Spowart, Registered Psychologist and have been providing Counselling for over 15 years. I work within a CBT and Solution Focussed Therapy framework. Our practice also has counsellors who, between us all, can assist in many areas that are common to people in mental health and well being. Mental Health Care plans are welcome. Both face to face and telehealth options are available. We also have Counsellors on our team, all whom have been with us long term and have a high level of skill & experience. Locations include Kedron Brisbane, Bella Vista NSW, Frankston and North Carlton Vic as well as Perth.

Our team have a wide range of levels of expertise from relationship counselling, anxiety, stress, depression, workplace issues and most areas of challenge that people face. We can match you to your best fit! Our Psychologist accepts Mental Health Care Plans and we also cater for NDIS.
