The Parental Stress Centre is an organisation that works with parents to help them to alleviate their stress and prevent anxiety and depression, in themselves or their children.

We have dedicated resources and programs for Parents of Children on the Autism Spectrum, as well as 15 programs and 5 books and many free resources to help parents to alleviate their stress.
