Providence Healthcare is a registered NDIS service provider that aims to empower people with disabilities to become more independent. We help the vulnerable members of our community get the support they need to achieve their goals by providing quality care and services.

We have a team of over 70 staff members spread across Victoria, who are equipped to assist participants at home, onsite and in the community. As a GP-aligned registered NDIS Provider, Providence Healthcare adheres to the highest standards and takes a holistic approach to care and support.

 

Our team consists of a wide range of health professionals including support coordinators, Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, Support Workers and Registered Nurses.

  1. Support Coordination

 

We have a team of highly trained and experienced professionals who are equipped with the right knowledge to help NDIS participants identify their goals and objectives, and choose the right plans and service providers, Our support coordinators are completely unbiased and objective in their conduct and their main goal is to help the NDIS participant fulfil their support needs.

 

  1. 24*7 Complex Support

 

Providence Healthcare offers a 24/7 Complex Support service which is designed to help NDIS participants live their daily life more comfortably and independently. We offer services like at-home support, community nursing care, community access and rapid hospital discharge. We have a team of support workers who are equipped with the skills to deal with different types and levels of disabilities.

 

  1. Supported Independent Living (SIL)

 

We provide the required support to participants with high support needs to help them live independently. Our SIL services include household tasks, daily task assistance, personal care assistance, mobility support, medication assistance and more. Our SIL services are available to people living in their own homes as well as in shared accommodations.

 

  1. Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

 

Providence Healthcare has recently started offering SDA to NDIS participants. Our shared living arrangements are designed to help residents improve their independence and participate in a variety of activities through a comprehensive approach to housing support.

 

  1. Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

 

We provide Recovery Coaching throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria for participants whose primary diagnosis is a psychosocial disability. Our qualified and experienced Recovery Coaches combine the principles of recovery-orientated practice with coaching principles to help people with mental or psychosocial disabilities get better and effectively manage their daily challenges.

 

  1. Early Childhood Intervention Services

 

We offer Early Childhood Intervention Services for children aged between 0 to 7 years who suffer from developmental delays and disabilities. We provide assistance, advice and access to support services in the local community. We are the first point of contact for parents and carers who have children with developmental delays or disabilities.
