My name is Danielle and I am the director and owner of Reach Support Services. We are an exciting disability support provider whom service the Illawarra region.

Reach Support Services is a unique support provider as we aim to provided the supports you want. We have an increased focus on ensuring all supports are enhancing your life day to day and reaching and working towards your NDIS goals. We are strong believers of ensuring we find the right match for you in a support worker, as we understand the importance of person centred care.

We have been in operation for 3 years and currently have a strong and experienced staffing team. Reach Support focus on providing high end supports that are tailored to the individuals needs and requirements with the goal of helping people reach their full potential. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding support that is person-centred.

We are a NDIS registered provider currently registered for the below supports:

0104 High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
0107 Assistance with daily personal activities
0108 Assistance with travel/transport arrangements 0115 Assistance with daily life tasks in a group or shared living arrangement
0117 Development of daily living and life skills
0120 Household Tasks
0125 Participation in community, social and civic activities
