We are a local-based business that has been operating for over 5 years. Providing fitness and nutrition support for all types of people. We are super excited to have extended our services and offering our fun, dynamic and motivating coaching sessions with clients on NDIS.

We’ve been blessed to have work along side a number of clients, their families and careers of the years to deliver this unique experience. We’ve seen an increase in confidence, social skills, strength, functional movement and weight loss.

This is all conducted in a private setting, with access to a range of equipment (boxing, free weights, spin bike, rower, skiErg and many more other goodies).
