What can clients expect?

Your initial NDIS consult with Rediscover Physio will be 60 minutes long with our experienced Physiotherapists. This consult will be to get to know you, what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve. After this we will assess your relevant functional movements based on your goals to create a treatment plan that meets your needs.

This is also your opportunity to find out if Rediscover Physio is the right place for you and helping you achieve your goals.

After your initial appointment we will establish our recommended ongoing treatment in a service agreement based on the detailed assessment for you to review, recommend changes and decide whether it is the right journey for you.

Throughout your treatment plan your NDIS service agreement will have multiple opportunities to track your progress towards your goals. We are able to readjust your plan to suit your personal goals.

Every person is different, and therefore we tailor our physiotherapy appointments to your individual needs. Things that we will be able to provide is:

Pain management treatment
Home exercise programs
Gym based 1 on 1 exercise programs
Functional activity training
Functional assessments
Recommendations for mobility and equipment aids in conjunction with other allied health services.
Advice on transfers within the home and out in the community
