As a board certified psychologist and spiritual practitioner, I offer counseling in health & wellbeing, improved relationships, and daily living skills.

My specialty is helping people recover from the symptoms of trauma and PTSD. In recent years counseling for trauma-recovery has evolved with the discovery of new methods that tap into our innate capabilities for finding peace and calm even when triggered by trauma symptoms.
