At Tailored Support Services, our Support Coordinator will help find supports that will focus on you working towards achieving your goals. Our aim is to support you through your journey, in understanding the NDIS and your NDIS Plan. We work closely with you through a mix of supports to increase your capacity to maintain and achieve your goals. The mix of services and supports that you use should be based on your circumstances, needs and preferences.
We will connect you with the community, increase your capacity to live more independently with the services and supports. Our Support Coordinator will ensure that the supports are tailored to your needs. It is your choice, and we can connect you with who is out there.
