About us:

We are a newly formed company with members who have a combined experience of over 50 years in the industry. This experience comes from a wide range of areas such as; behaviour support, person-centred practices, communication support, program development, NDIS planning and administration, and all areas of staff development and wellbeing.

Our mission:

Our mission is to build better outcomes through individualisation and to empower people with a disability by the facilitation of opportunities and access to all areas.

Our aim:

We aim to provide a personalised service model concentrating on facilitating purposeful community interaction within a safe environment. This would be driven by an individualised plan which would be formulated by customer and relevant stakeholder input. The plan would be a living document that would be reassessed over its life to ensure relevance and any alteration would be customer driven. This would involve working with customers to achieve goals, assisting with access in formulating social relationships within the community, or working 1:1 or in a group setting to build skills.
