About Us

Tree – Of – Life Outreach Care Community Support acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the country throughout Australia and their connections to the land, sea and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

At Tree – Of – Life Outreach Care Community Support we provide a range of disability services. With the range of services we provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with disabilities. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities.

Tree – Of – Life Outreach Care Community Support is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment. We believe in a Holistic, person – centred care approach from our services.

Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) Accommodation is equipped with multiple fully accessible and disabled friendly bathrooms, catered kitchens, a multi-car car park and an outdoor communal area. Aside from its fully accessible infrastructure, the SIL Accommodation has around-the-clock security systems in place and intercom systems to keep everyone connected and safe.

Our Services

At Tree of Life, we offer expert care to those living with a disability and their families, allowing our clients to live as independently as possible, at home. Our caring and knowledgeable staff will make sure that you or a loved one who has a disability receives the best care possible while always respecting their autonomy and keeping their sense of dignity. From Supported Independent Living; Nursing and Complex care support; Respite Care (Short Term Accommodation); to Emotional and mental health support, we can help you or your loved one with the quality care and support they need.
